Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut up your fresh broccoli into bite-sized florets. Rinse them, and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the florets in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper (white pepper or black pepper). Mix together well. (Add in any flavor add-ins at this time).
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges of the broccoli florets begin to brown and crisp.
Serve as a side dish or even as a snack all on its own. Enjoy!
