High Calorie Smoothie - Healthy Weight Gain Smoothie

Easy to digest and low volume, this healthy high-calorie weight gain smoothie packs in 700 calories and 40 grams of protein (all while being dairy free if that's what you need!).

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 2 scoops KOS Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 c. milk of choice (or yogurt) I use vanilla almond milk
  • a few dashes cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 18 drops liquid chlorophyll (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Scrape down the sides of the blender if you see ingredients sticking to the sides. Reblend if needed.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy! Or pour into a fun bowl and top with delicious calorie boosters such as granola, chocolate chips, nut butter, or coconut.
