High Calorie Smoothie - Healthy Weight Gain Smoothie
Easy to digest and low volume, this healthy high-calorie weight gain smoothie packs in 700 calories and 40 grams of protein (all while being dairy free if that's what you need!).
1/2c.milk of choice (or yogurt)I use vanilla almond milk
a fewdashescinnamon
1tsp. honey or maple syrup (optional)
18dropsliquid chlorophyll (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth.
Scrape down the sides of the blender if you see ingredients sticking to the sides. Reblend if needed.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy! Or pour into a fun bowl and top with delicious calorie boosters such as granola, chocolate chips, nut butter, or coconut.
