Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain yogurt ( I use plain whole milk yogurt)
- 100% real pure maple syrup (not fake pancake syrup)
- you can also use honey
- 2-3 tbsp. chopped unsalted almonds ( I use raw unsalted almonds)
- 2-3 pinches of flaked sea salt- I use Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Tips:
- For thicker yogurt bark, use more yogurt or a smaller pan. For thinner yogurt bark, use less yogurt or a bigger pan.
- Freeze on a flat surface or all of the maple syrup will pool on one side of the yogurt bark
- Eat immediately after taking out of the freezer as the yogurt bark melts pretty quickly. You could make a big batch and store the pieces in a container in the freezer for an easy, quick snack or sweet treat 🙂

How to Make Yogurt Bark
Line a 9×13 baking dish or cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Evenly spread 1 cup of yogurt out on the parchment paper to your desired thickness (you can always add more or less. Literally do whatever you want here!)
Drizzle the yogurt with 100% real maple syrup to your preference.
Sprinkle the chopped almonds evenly over the yogurt. Then, sprinkle a few pinches of flaked sea salt evenly over the yogurt as well (again, to your taste and preference).
Place the dish on a flat surface in the freezer, and freeze for 30 minutes or until the yogurt has solidified.

Break the yogurt bark up into large pieces and enjoy immediately after taking out of the freezer (it melts pretty quickly!)
Store your yogurt bark in a closed container in the freezer, and grab a piece whenever you want 🙂
